Chief complaint: c/o dimness of vision in both eyes since the age of 6 to 7 years. And gradually it started to dimness of vision in both eyes during night time. There is no side vision and central vision is poor.

Presenting illness: A 44 years old male presented with a history of the dimness of vision in both eyes since the age of 6-7 years old. He has got a loss of vision in both eyes. Patient overall health is good but his eyesight is not good. there is no side vision and central vision with the poor site.
